Feldherr Pick and Pluck foam set for Zarges Mini Box (40861) Euro container / Euro Box.

The set contains:

• 2 pieces of double-size grid foam inserts 550 mm x 345 mm x 90 mm (DS090R)
• 1 piece foam bottom 550 mm x 345 mm x 20 mm (DS020B)
• 1 piece convoluted foam 520 mm x 320 mm x 20 mm (CGNP020S)

This set serves as a permanent insert for your Zarges Mini Box (40861) and fills it to below the final rim.

With a combined height of 180 mm, the two grid inlays offer plenty of space for sensitive goods to be transported. The grid in the foam material allows individual adaptation of the foam inserts to all shapes. It is ideally suited as protection for the transport of various industrial goods such as medical equipment, tooling components or technical devices. The grid foam is perforated with a grid of 20 mm x 20 mm x 90 mm in height, as well as with a surrounding edge.

The 20 mm thick foam cover placed on the floor serves as a shock absorber and optimally cushions even heavy goods.

The convoluted foam serves as a cover and is glued into the lid without any tools. The cover is slightly smaller than the lid itself to guarantee that the Zarges Mini Box will close without any problems with the nubs inserted.

The whole set can be assembled without tools according to your personal wishes be designed, adapted and used.
