This gives structure to the contents without spending your valuable game time on lengthy sorting. The inserts also help you keep an overview on the tabletop. Take the trays out of the box and distribute them on the tabletop. This way, you can quickly access all game materials, and the game can start immediately. After the game, return the filled inserts to the box, and you are prepared for the next time.
