Thanks to the pre-perforated grid, the foam can be individually adapted to most shapes. It is therefore ideally suited as protection for the transport of various industrial goods, such as medical equipment, individual tool parts or technical equipment.

The Pick and Pluck foam is perforated with a raster of 15 mm x 15 mm x 40/90 mm height. It also has a circumferential edge of 15 mm.

We use a 10 mm thick bottom (DEMENL010), which fits exactly into the recess of the Auer Packaging Boxes.

The nap foam serves as the top cover and is custom-cut to fit the lid of Auer's Eurobox exactly. Since the nap foam insert is equipped with a self-adhesive foil, you do not need any further tools. All you have to do is remove the adhesive foil from the foam insert and glue the self-adhesive side into the hinged lid of the Eurobox. The entire set can therefore be designed, adapted and used according to your personal wishes without special tools.
