ED 32/12 HG Eurocontainer Case / Euro Box 300 x 200 x 135 mm including Pick and Pluck foam set

Set of Eurobox filled with Pick and Pluck foam inserts and matching bottom and cover sheets made from open cell PU foam.

The set consists of:

• 4x Half-Size Pick and Pluck foam tray 275 mm x 172 mm x 20 mm, anthracite (HS020R)
• 2x Half-Size foam mat 275 mm x 172 mm x 10 mm, anthracite (HS010B)
• 1x leveling bottom sheet 265 mm x 165 mm x 10 mm, anthracite (ETBA010)
• 1x Auer Packaging Eurobox Case ED 32/12 HG (HSEB115)

Due to the pre-perforated grid, the Pick and Pluck foam can be individually adapted to the required shapes. The Pick and Pluck foam is perforated in pins 14 mm x 14 mm and 20 mm in height. The individual Pick and Pluck foam inserts also have a surrounding border. This stabilizes the entire insert and of course also protects against the Euro boxes side walls.

We use a soft foam base (ETBA010) as padding downwards - towards the bottom of the Euro Box. This leveling base is slightly smaller and 10 mm high so that it fits exactly into the recess of the Auer Packaging Euro Boxes - see section above.
